Abstracts

This report is about the internship I performed at “Wafra Real Estate” in which my main responsibility was to perform worked in the department of real estate. In this time I performed the work to screen the various areas and sites and found out that what were the rents in that area. I visited various sites of property and found out the quality of the various areas. I got the real and practical knowledge in the area of real setae that how the real estate portfolio is creares. What is the process of management of real estate? I learn to communicate with the tenants and excelled in the services to care for the consumers. I gained the partialexperience that how the contracts are made with the tenants and other people involved in the process of the entire system of real estate.
