Client Web Interface enables a client, using a Web browser, to upload contact lists, initiate and manage campaigns, and generate near real-time customized reports. Its platform features can be accessed through this interface, which makes its service available to clients on a self-service basis.

FTP Automation facilitates a client’s uploading of contact lists and other information by providing the ability for a client to transfer at a pre-determined time a file using a variety of transfer protocols. Protocols supported include FTP, FTPS, and SFTP.
