Property segment

Property segment engages in the property development, management and investment, and provision of golf and other recreational services. The segment has international activities in property related businesses in six other countries, namely Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The Property segment is involved in the development of townships in Malaysia, such as Subang Jaya and UEP Subang Jaya (USJ), Putra Heights, Bukit Jelutong, Bandar Bukit Raja, Ara Damansara, Denai Alam, Melawati, Nilai Impian, Pinggiran USJ, Saujana Impian, and Bukit Subang.
