A Chinese producer offers PVC k67-68 (ethylene) FOB China main port, cash with December shipment at $860-870/ton
An ethylene based PVC producer in the North reported that they lifted their export offers by $10/ton today on the strength of their limited availability as well as higher production costs. The producer noted that they elected to leave their domestic offers unchanged while waiting for a clearer market outlook, saying that they are feeling comfortable with their inventory levels. The producer added that they are running their plants at around 80% of capacity at the moment.
