The report presents a wealth of information, and is essential for anyone who is considering sourcing from, selling to or investing in these countries or their export markets. In particular, the report includes detailed information on domestic production and exports of textiles and clothing by type and destination. In Egypt, textile and clothing imports fell in 2016, reflecting a decline in exports to most foreign markets during the year. In Morocco, clothing exports and production increased in 2016, reflecting strong sales in the EU and the USA. There was also an increase in textile and clothing exports from Tunisia in 2016, but production of textiles, clothing and leather products fell. In Turkey, textile and clothing exports declined in 2016 but textile and clothing production expanded.
