Stakeholders have great importance in the corporate world. Their presence is one of the factors responsible for organizations growth and development. A stakeholder is an individual or number of people who have interest in the companies’ performance or matters. It is evident that they have some claim on the organization. Organizations are affected by the stakeholders because the demands are anticipated to be fulfilled fairly for maintaining or developing the interest of stakeholders by the organizations. Stakeholders possess equal power over the organizations and the organization is compelled to frame its policies, rules and regulation in consideration of stakeholders. As discussed by Johnson, Scholes, & Whittington (2008) who defined stakeholders as group of people or individuals who work to gain their objectives and goals from the organizations and in result the organizations do the same. Stakeholders are those who may have concern in the organizations goals. Stakeholders due to their power have the ability to affect companies’ decisions or be affected.
