Abstracts

Solar Panel System is the new product for providing the renewable form of energy in that the solar energy is converted into chemical, mechanical and electrical form of energy (Joseph P, 2015). There are three levels of the implications of the production of the new product. The first is the strategic level that is the high level decisions to be taken by the top management of the company like the investment and financial decisions. Tactical level is the second form of level that is refer to the improvement of the operations without restructuring the corporation as sales forecasting, cost forecasting etc and the operational level of the decisions that are the routine decision making as making work schedule. All these three levels of the implications of production of new product have direct influence on the routine of production of the solar panel system for the company and all these three levels are monitored through the regular feedback. All level managements involve in such form of the decisions as strategic decision making is relevant to the top management, tactical decision making is to the middle level management and lower management is responsible for the operational level of the decision making.
