In this deliverable we will focus mainly on the product design techniques in Kitchen Water filter by looking at main operations management decisions as at strategic, tactical and operational level and the major procedures of the operations management which are included in designing a new product. Operations management defines as the management and administration of business operations with the goal of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the business (Maria D, 2015). For new product development it defines as a series of various decisions and procedures that are the part of the product manufacturing. Product design define as a procedure of the identification of all specifications of the components of the goods, its selling ability, development of product design and other different techniques and procedures (Jay M, 2014).
