Windswept Environmental Group, Inc. provides environmental services through vertically integrated businesses in the areas of hazardous waste remediation, asbestos removal, mold remediation, lead clean-up, emergency spill response and laboratory testing and training.

The company, in providing a turnkey environmental solution, also provides demolition, renovation and other general construction services. It provides these services to a diversified customer base located primarily in the Northeastern United States.

The company, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, provides emergency response, remediation and disaster restoration services to a range of clients. The company has know-how in the areas of: hazardous materials remediation; microbial remediation, including halting mold, mildew and bacterial growth; testing, including the gauging and monitoring of moisture and humidity levels; toxicology; training, including providing project management and expert consultation to customers; wetlands restoration; wildlife and natural resources rehabilitation; asbestos and lead abatement; technical advisory services; and restoration and site renovation services, including: on-location blast freezing; off-site freeze drying to restore documents; dehumidification services; and drying and restoration of structures, furnishings and equipment.

The company has specially trained emergency response teams that respond to both hazardous and non-hazardous spills and other emergencies on land and water on a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week basis. The types of emergencies for which the company is capable of conducting response and remediation services include explosions, fires, earthquakes, mudslides, hazardous spills, transportation catastrophes, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and biological threats.
