As of December 31, 2009, the company had a network of 62 whole car auction locations and 152 salvage auction locations. The companys auction locations are primarily stand-alone facilities serving to either whole car or salvage auctions. 11 of its locations are combination sites, which offer both whole car and salvage auction services.
The company operates as three business segments: ADESA Auctions, IAAI, and AFC.
