New LNG Industry Reports by LNGAnalysis Now Available at MarketPublishers.com

28 Apr 2016 • by Natalie Aster

LONDON – MarketPublishers.com is happy to inform that new LNGAnalysis reports investigating different countries’ LNG industry are now available in its online catalogue.

In Poland, the investments in new LNG capacity are expected to lead to an increase in the country’s LNG capacity to more than 3.6 mpta by 2021. In Portugal, the LNG capacity is expected to remain at the current level (appr. 5.7 mpta) over the next few years.

In Puerto Rico, a significant increase of the capacity is set to take place. It is set to grow from 1.4 mpta (as of 2015) to slightly over 5.1 mpta in 2020 due to significant investments. The LNG capacity will remain unchanged in Qatar in the near term given moratorium imposed North Field projects. At present, the local capacity is estimated at around 78 mpta.

Low oil prices and shifts taking place in government strategies in different countries have resulted in rapid changes the global LNG industry is currently undergoing. Future of investors’ and terminal operators’ projects remains vague and the same ambiguity is seen in expected returns and time frames. With rapid shifts occurring in the LNG dynamics, market players have to quickly adapt to changes in the marketplace.

The research reports contain insightful analyses of the LNG industry across different countries. The studies provide detailed overviews of each marketplace, with data on capacity, expenditure/revenues, country’s trade partners and volumes and the most popular strategies amongst local players being included.

They limelight drivers and challenges of these industries, comprise a SWOT analysis and industry benchmarking. Planned projects are covered in the reports, too. The research studies look at the competitive structure of each country’s industry. They profile companies and include forecasts through 2022.
