China Automotive Shock Absorber Sector Analysed by ResearchInChina in In-demand Study Published at MarketPublishers.com

LONDON – China’s automotive production growth contributed to the rapid expansion in the market size of spare parts, including shock absorbers. In 2014, the country’s demand for automotive shock absorbers amounted to173 million units, up 10.2% YoY, which came primarily from OEM and after-sales maintenance markets. The first are the sole proprietorship or JVs in China of the world famous auto/parts enterprises, comprising Tenneco, KYB, ZF, Hitachi, Mando, Showa, among others. The second are a number of JVs and bigger local enterprises, offering supporting services or products to domestic automobile manufacturers and export these offerings to developed Europe and the US. Some enterprises with comparative advantages supply products via OEM/ODM to the world's famous manufacturers of shock absorbers, such as Jiuding, ADD Industry (Zhejiang) Corporation, Nanyang Xijian, etc. The third are the small and medium-sized private businesses conducting scattered small-scale production.
