Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. Releases New Laser Printer According to BAC Report

ProXpress M4020 and ProXpress M4070 are the names of two new printers released by Samsung Electronics earlier in October. The former is a mono laser printer, the latter is a multifunction printer. ProXpress M4020 became the first mono laser device that supports eXtensible Open Architecture Web platform for customized business solutions. Both printers also embody Scan-to-Cloud, wide screen and enhanced security functions that add convenience to users. Main target audience for these products are small- and medium–sized companies.

Samsung Electronics is winning the market with its successful business strategy and comprehensive product portfolio. For the financial year ended December 2012 the company not only improved its absolute numbers, but also gained profit margin. Over FY 2011 Revenue increased by 21.9% to KRW 201.1 B, gross profit added 40.9% and reached KRW 74.4 B, operating and net income rocketed by 85.7% and 73.2%, respectively, and amounted KRW 29B and KRW 23.2 B. Regionally South Korea was the main money bringer with 37% share in total company’s revenue. China contributed 18%, North America was nearly close with 17%, Europe generated 16%, Asia and Oceania added 12%. Last quarter ended June 2013 promises another fruitful year: revenue and gross profit comprised KRW 57.5 B and KRW 23.1 B respectively, operating and net income equaled KRW 9.5 B and KRW 7.8 B respectively.
