Aviation grade plywood is a high-performance composite material manufactured in accordance with the forestry industry standard LY/T 1417. It is mainly made of birch veneer and phenolic resin adhesive or adhesive film through special processes such as adhesive infiltration, impregnation and hot pressing. The material has high density, excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength and static bending strength, and good water resistance and shock resistance, and can meet the rigorous requirements of the aviation field on the stability and reliability of the material.

Formaldehyde-free adhesive film technology is also adopted for high-end demand to improve environmental protection characteristics.
