France Telecom - Conquests 2015
License Price: US$ 3,740.00
France Telecom (FT) is Europe’s third-largest operator in terms of revenues. It holds a dominant position in the French market, and owns a number of other assets throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Recent problems in France have forced a change in management, and new CEO Stephane Richard has sought to stamp his mark on the company by implementing a new strategy called Conquests 2015. The strategy does not signify a significant change in direction for FT, but its major objective is explicit: it will provide the company with clear targets to motivate a workforce that was feeling undervalued.
