In SnapShot 71 TCL analyses the development of Fixed & Mobile service developments around the world, with the introduction of home services, including fixed Broadband (ADSL or Fibre) with fixed telephony and internet TV services, combined with mobile services (calls & mobile internet). New services are being introduced with Fibre access, including TV on demand and additional content. Additionally, fixed & mobile packages now have a single order form and customer support as standard.
Since TCL’s last FMC survey in 2013, Telecom Providers have bundled in TV, content & TV recording into a single price point – previously TV, mobile & fibre connectivity was offered as an optional service with extra fees. Now, all services are being offered for a single price point, with increased download speeds.
