About Copper Market in Ukraine
Copper resources in Ukraine have been underestimated for a long time. Since the collapse of the USSR mining operations were unknown. Perspective reserves of copper ore are found in the Volyn region. Also Bahmutskiy Basin (Donbass) is a well-known reserve of copper sandstones, which was began to develop in the Bronze Age. The further development of the Volyn copper basin will give Ukraine an opportunity to cover its domestic demand for copper and to position itself as a major copper supplier in Europe.

If Ukraine implemented the copper mining project, it would change the way copper alloys and products are made in this country. The most favorable conditions for the development of copper mining in Ukraine are to attract foreign investment to the sector.
