Foldable OLED encapsulation solutions refer to the integrated process, material, equipment and reliability design packages used for foldable smartphones, foldable tablets, bendable display modules and flexible OLED panels. The main function is to protect OLED emitting layers, electrodes and organic functional layers from moisture and oxygen while preserving thinness, flexibility, optical performance and long term folding durability. In commercial use, the solution is commonly delivered as a process tool, material package, qualified encapsulation stack or production line integration package for flexible OLED manufacturing.

Foldable OLED encapsulation solutions are not simply a single material category.
