Structure of Auditor Report in Kuwaiti Selected Companies
Kuwaiti companies as Burgan Drilling prepare their annual report by following the International Financial Reporting Standards. For evaluating the structure of the audit report in the Kuwaiti companies we have taken the Kuwaiti companies such as Zain Telecom, Boubyan Bank, Burgan Drilling and Kuwait International Bank. The methodology we have selected is to examine the audit report of these Kuwaiti companies in detail and then to evaluate as how each of the company prepare their audit reports. The detailed analysis shows that almost all of the companies adopt specific format and structure of the audit report provided by the International Financial Reporting Standards.
