The solar cell stringing machine is a core automation equipment used in the production and manufacturing of photovoltaic modules. Its core function is to accurately connect multiple independent solar cells (such as monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon or heterojunction cells) into a cell string according to a preset circuit layout (such as series connection or series-parallel hybrid structure) through high-precision mechanical, electrical and optical systems, so as to achieve large-scale improvement of the output voltage and power of the module. Its working principle is based on automated positioning, welding and quality inspection technology: first, the cell is accurately positioned and defect screening (such as hidden cracks, fragments, grid line offset, etc.) is performed through a visual recognition system, and then infrared heating, laser welding or conductive adhesive bonding are used to achieve low-resistance, high-strength electrical connection between the interconnection strip (such as tin-coated copper strip) and the main grid line of the cell, and finally a cell string that meets the design standards of photovoltaic modules is formed. The equipment must meet stringent requirements such as micron-level positioning accuracy (such as ±0.05mm), high-speed welding efficiency (such as ?3000 pieces/hour) and high yield (?99.5%), while being compatible with battery cells of different sizes (such as 156mm, 182mm, 210mm) and process types.

At present, the solar cell stringing machine market has benefited from the global photovoltaic industry's large-scale expansion and technological iteration needs, showing a rapid growth trend. In particular, driven by the release of production capacity of high-efficiency battery components (such as TOPCon, HJT, and perovskite stacking), the demand for equipment continues to upgrade.
