As of July 31, 2009, the company had interests in 46,752 gross acres of leased or staked mineral properties, consisting of claim blocks located in the States of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Utah and Wyoming.

Goliad Project, Goliad County, Texas

The Goliad Project property is located in south Texas near the northeast end of the South Texas Uranium trend. The Goliad Project consists of multiple contiguous leases. The leases range in size from 14 acres to 331.98 acres.

Cebolleta Project, Cibola County, New Mexico

The Cebolleta Project is situated in the eastern-most portion of Cibola County, New Mexico. Neutron Energy Inc. (NEI), the managing partner of Cibola Resources, obtained a lease from the Board of Trustees of the Cebolleta Land Grant Board for an area of the land grant covering approximately 6,700 acres (2,994 hectares) of mineral rights.

Mineral Exploration Properties

The company is participating in its mineral properties in the States of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.

Arizona: The company has acquired a 1979 Oklahoma Public Services (OPS) geologic report contiguous to its claims (Artillery Peak) that indicates the possibility of incidence of uranium.

Colorado: The company’s Colorado located claims contain no uranium reserves.

New Mexico: The West Ranch Project consists of approximately 7,000 acres made up of lode mining claims and private leases in northwestern New Mexico. The company’s Laguna Trend Project consists of approximately 800 acres of lode claims on Bureau of Land Management land in northwestern New Mexico.

Texas: The company owns nine leases located in a South Texas uranium trend.
