Litewave Corp., a mineral exploration company, focuses on a platinum group metals and polymetallic land package in the Province of Quebec, Canada.

The company owns 50% net working interest in leases and drilling of gas wells in the States of Kansas and Missouri, in the United States. The Bourbon County, Kansas project includes approximately 2,905 acres of prospective frontier natural gas lands. The Vernon County, Missouri project includes lease for 974 acres. The company and St-Georges Minerals Inc., will jointly own, on a 50-50 basis, a 100% ownership in the Property; earning its interest from Fancamp Exploration inc. and the Sheridan Platinum Group.

Agreements

The company has an agreement with Arrandale Financial Corp. to acquire a 75% interest in the Roark Prospect, Steuben County, New York consisting of oil and gas leases covering approximately 885 net acres.

In January 2009, the company entered an agreement to acquire a 50% interest in 8 Platinum Group Metal mineral exploration properties located north and West of the town of Baie-Comeau, Quebec from St-Georges Minerals Inc. and a further joint acquisition of a strategic Nickel-Copper-PGE project, the Villebon Property, in the Val-d’Or Mining Camp, northern Quebec. The mineral properties include nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum, palladium, and gold as the primary minerals, with several other poly-metallic possibilities contained with the land position.

History

The company was founded in 1989. It was formerly known as Homefront Safety Services of Nevada, Inc. and changed its name to Litewave Corp. in April 1999.
