Main end user markets are paints and pigments, plastics, paper, cosmetics, sunscreens, skin care, catalysts, ceramics, printing inks and glass. Some market estimates place nanoparticle titanium dioxide production to be around 2million tons per year. However, this is not an accurate reflection and the current estimate is much lower.
