INTRODUCTION

China is the second largest oil consumption country; oil refining capacity surpasses 300 million tonnes annually. The consumption of the oil volume was in a low speed rising, the degree of foreign import dependence was about 60.6%. On the other hand, nuclear power plants were approved to build in 2015, “Hualong No.1” nuclear program had have cooperate nuclear plant programs in over 20 countries in worldwide.
