Compared to general lighting drivers, horticultural drivers place greater emphasis on wide dimming range and light formula compatibility (0–10V, PWM, DALI/DMX, programmable current/constant power curves, etc.), high power factor and low harmonics, surge/lightning protection, thermal management and lifespan (such as L90/L70 targets), as well as waterproof and dustproof ratings (commonly IP65/IP67) and electrical safety isolation to support zoned and time-based control, energy saving, and stable output.
