In July 2010, EI DuPont de Nemours & Co. is collaborating with the Hongkong Electric Holdings Ltd. to support the building and operation of the largest thin film photovoltaic rooftop project in Hong Kong.

On September 23, 2010, EI DuPont de Nemours & Co. and Royal DSM N.V. announce an agreement to form a joint venture to develop, manufacture and commercialize advanced surgical biomedical materials, pending European Union regulatory approval.

On September 23, 2010, EI DuPont de Nemours & Co. reported that it has signed an agreement with Royal DSM N.V. to form a joint venture. The 50/50 joint venture, called Actamax Surgical Materials LLC, would develop, manufacture, and commercialize advanced surgical biomedical materials.
