In connection with this project, Blue Creek Wind Facility LLC, a Texas limited liability company was formed, with Nacel being the sole managing member and 100% owner.

The company has a Wind Project Agreement covering 2,082 acres of land located in Moore County, Texas, which pertains to the development of its Blue Creek wind energy project. In addition, the company entered into a right of first refusal agreement whereby it can lease an additional 1,413 acres of land located in Moore County, Texas, which pertains to the development of its Channing Flat wind energy project.
