Coating processes involve coating the surface of a PET base film with fluoropolymer resin, followed by drying and curing. Co-extrusion processes utilize multiple extruders to melt different thermoplastic resins and extrude them through a single die to form a multi-layer composite film. All processes require substrate pretreatment, precision coating or lamination, curing, and winding and inspection.
