These companies are able to afford and integrate sustainability practices into their value system, effecting waste minimization, energy efficiency initiatives, practices to reduce water consumption and reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.

However, companies with a turnover of up to US$100 million, and US$100 million to US$1 billion, preferred „increased staff education on sustainable management‟ and a „strategic review of the need for sustainability management‟. Due to workforce constraints, these companies emphasize staff education in order enhance the competency of their workforce to carry out their businesses processes efficiently.
