BASF raises prices for morpholine globally

Effective immediately or as existing contracts allow, BASF is raising its morpholine sales prices globally by 150 Euros per metric ton or the equivalent amount in local currency.
Morpholine is a valuable intermediate in many applications, for example for the production of rubber chemicals, corrosion inhibitors, biocides and optical brighteners. BASF has morpholine manufacturing capacities at its sites in Ludwigshafen, Germany, and Geismar, Louisiana/USA.
