The UAE’s highly developed telecommunications infrastructure allowed it to report one of the highest rates of mobile penetration in the MENA region in 2013. M-payments are anticipated to grow, reaching USD 3 billion in 2018, posting a CAGR of just over 38% during the forecast period.
