LONDON – As of 2013, the textile and clothing imports in the US increased in volume terms and reached a record high, following declines in the past two years. China was the leading supplier of textile and clothing articles to the US. In 2013, cotton called for the largest share of the US apparel imports, although its market share was down for the 5th consecutive year.
