LONDON – Recently one of the largest utility systems of Eastern USA region chose EasyLink as its Voice and SMS Notifications Service providing emergency notifications. EasyLink Voice Notifications will deliver to the utility system full-time unlimited access to its multi-million customer base in case of dangerous weather conditions. Easylink is able to track and report emergency messages delivery rates, and also provides with the opportunity to change the messages when needed.
