Knusford Bhd Should Invest Into Property According to BAC Report

LONDON – A fundamental company study of Knusford Berhad recently published by Business Analytic Center suggests investing into property development as a promising opportunity for future success.
Knusford engages in various activities, and property development is a small business department that brings about 3% of all company’s revenues. However, it has bright prospective in Asia general and Malaysia particularly.
Among popular territories for property investment are Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Muer, Klang, Ipoh, Melaka, Kuantan, Petaling Jaya, Cyberjaya, Johor Iskandar, and Kota Kinabalu. Most popular property types are residential properties and luxury homes.

Annual results are impressive: during 2010 revenue rose by 51.6% and amounted to MYR 310.2 M, net income went up by 152.9% and equaled 17.2 MYR. Knusford profit margin also moved from 3.3% point in 2009 to 5.5% in 2010, and quarterly results are even stronger. Q3 profit margin almost reached 30%.
