CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited Participates In DataCenter & Virtualization Summit According to BAC Report

LONDON – Recently CITIC Telecom International took part in Hong Kong based DataCenter & Virtualization Summit 2011 where the company acted as the exclusive Diamond sponsor. More than 230 participants attended the event where they considered the potential of IT organizations to improve corporate organizational matrix into more flexible and dynamic structure. In its 30-minute presentation CITIC representative claimed a visualization and data centers hybrid to be the required technology of organizational structure positive change.
Company’s financial performance is strong. H1 2011 results showed lesser revenues and bigger net income than in the previous half. Revenue declined from HKD 1675.3 M to HKD 1491.6 M (11% down) while net income grew from HKD 221.2 M to HKD 233.8 M (5.7% up). FY 2010 results reflect a financial success of the company: both indices continue 4-year upward trend. Revenue and net income reach HKD 2966.5 M and HKD 401.3 M respectively.
