LONDON - Sole SpA, one of the main R&D and production plants belonging to Prima Group, is now ready to launch RocTool technologies.
At the end of 2010 Prima Group acquired RocTool Development License, and in mid-2011 the purchase was followed by acquisition of RocTool technology specialized for automotive market.
Now Sole is equipped by new molding technology ready to be implemented in exterior auto parts as well as some potential plastic applications. In last twelve months Sole has already adapted two tools with RocTool’s 3iTech®, and both were a success, showing improved performance.
RocTool SA financial performance is steadily improving with time. H1 2010 performed 19% better than year before. Turnover amounted to EUR 0.94 M, capital increased by EUR 0.53 M, which is EUR 7 per share.
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Le Bourget du Lac (France), RocTool SA engages in research and development of molding technologies using induction heating. RocTool offers licenses to companies from various industries, mainly Consumer electronics parts, Auto parts, Aircraft parts, and Technical parts for other sectors. Since March 2008 RocTool has been listed on NYSE Euronext Paris.
