Ezion Holdings Limited Secures a Project on Curtis Island According to BAC Report

LONDON – Ezion Holdings Limited (EZI:Singapore) recently secured a major LNG project on Curtis Island, in Queensland, Australia. According to the contract that values about USD 55 M, Ezion is to provide full support and logistics services for the haulage of modules and equipment for the development of LNG facilities. The project is planned to have 7.6 M tons per annum capacity.
Ezion plans to start the initial project in mid 2012.
Company’s interim financial performance is uneven. Main indicators go up and down due to high seasonality. In Q2 2011 revenue and net income amounted to USD 26.3 M and USD 12.2 M respectively, which is 7.3% and 3.4% more than the corresponding period of last year. Annual financials look much more solid, with revenue and net income reaching USD 151.2 M and USD 51.9 M respectively. In 2010 the increase in these indices totaled 105.4% and 203.5% comparing to FY 2009.
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Singapore, Ezion Holdings Limited engages in management of its subsidiary companies. The subsidiaries carry out development and chartering of offshore assets and provide offshore marine logistics and support services to oil and gas companies. Ezion has a fleet of 31 vessels and is present in many countries from Australia reefs to North American shores, with main focus on Asia-Pacific.
