Wuhan Guide Infrared Co., Ltd. Declares its Strategy According to BAC Report

LONDON – At the Annual General Meeting Wuhan Guide Infrared stated its mid-term strategy that will help the company to redeem from its main weak point – dependence on partners.

Wuhan Guide Infrared has long-term contracts with its main vendors and customers. On the one hand, these contracts guarantee revenues brought by allied partners. On the other hand, they put Guide Infrared in dependent position on its vendors and clients. About half of all sales are generated by top 5 vendors, and about half of all revenues are brought by top 5 customers.

In the infrared imaging products, the Company will further enrich the full range of infrared imaging technology products and represent a higher level of integrated photovoltaic systems products, broaden product line and expand markets and applications. This will help to seize a larger market share and increase the level of corporate profits.

In infrared thermal imaging technology, the company will continue to increase R & D efforts and R & D investment to meet the company's multi-product special customization needs, to become the world's best infrared thermal imaging supplier.

In production, the company aims at raising funds to meet the military supply volumes requirements.

Together, these policies are to attract new customers and decrease top 5 buyers share in revenues.

In order to expand its vendors’ list, Wuhan Guide Infrared will seek for new dealers willing to distribute and sell company’s products. Constantly growing title range is to make Wuhan Guide Infrared a preferable manufacturing partner.

Company’s financial performance is stable. Both revenues and net income don’t reflect any significant fluctuation in results. The trend is highly predictable. The company experiences moderate growth, with revenue and net income going up 6.7% and 1.6% respectively in FY 2010. The indices amounted for CNY 377.4 M and CNY 140 M.
