Buhler Industries Inc. Presents New Product According to BAC Report

LONDON - In August Buhler Industries introduced two new tillage lines to meet the growing demand for Farm King and Versatile products. New lines contain a full list of tandem discs, offset discs, cultivators, chisel plows, and can be obtained from any company’s dealer. With these lines, Versatile can offer products suitable for large acre farmers. Versatile product portfolio became more wide and multipurpose.
In June 15 the new tillage lines were presented at the Western Canada Farm Progress Show in Regina.
Buhler financial results reflect a recovery from FY 2010 slow down due to overseas markets strong performance. In June 30 2011 revenue was up 9.2% and 37.7% over March 2011 and June 30 2010 respectively, and reached CAD 77 M. Net income restored from previous periods’ levels and amounted to CAD 4.6 M.
In FY 2010 Buhler performed weak. Both revenues and net income went down and equaled CAD 209.6 M and CAD 8.2 M respectively (26% and 43% lower results than those of FY 2009).
Founded in 1932 and headquartered in Winnipeg (Canada), Buhler Industries engages in manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery. The company has two brands: Farm King and Versatile. Main sales regions are USA (66.2%) and Canada (26.8%). Other regions comprise around 7% of all revenues. In 2007 the company was acquired by Russian agricultural machinery manufacturer Combine Factory Rostselmash Ltd.
