Swiber Holdings Ltd Incorporates New Subsidiary According to BAC Report

LONDON – August 19 2011 Swiber Board of Directors announced that one of its subsidiaries – Holmen Heavylift Offshore Pte. Ltd. – had incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Singapore-based Holmen Arctic Pte. Ltd. (HAPL). The initial issued share capital amounted US$100.00. HAPL engages in vessels ownership, operating and chartering.
The establishment was funded with Swiber Holdings internal sources and will not have any impact on Group’s financial results of year 2011.
Group’s latest financial results are strong. Revenues reached USD 180.6 M, net income amounted USD 7.4 M. the trend is upward. FY2010 performance was also satisfactory. Revenues and net incomes increased by 18.4 and 8.6% respectively, equaling USD 465.7 M and USD 37.3 M.
