LONDON – With ongoing projects worldwide, Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction always stives to optimize its management systems so the construction works are finished on time and remain within budget. That’s why recently the company upgraded its project management; now project optimization network has entered a new level of synergy.

Implemented in March 2010, new management system improved manufacturing, billing and costing processes; and also established a more reliable risk management scheme. Net incomes increased by 135% which is a good sign of recovery. However, the company’s revenues slowed down in the last quarter while net incomes showed a slight increase.
