Zhongbai Holdings Bets on Logistics According to BAC Report

LONDON – A subsidiary of Zhongbai Holdings Group - Wuhan Zhongbai Logistics – announced its preparations for the acquisition of 51 percent of stakes in Sannewal Agricultural Group, a company operating industrial parks and managing cold-chain logistics.
After this acquisition, Zhongbai Holdings will accumulate 91.8M shares in Sannewal, which amounts 51% stake in the company.
In 2010 Sannewal collected revenues of CNY 11M, with net profit of CNY 44,2K. Company’s customers include McDonalds, KFC, Wall’s and Mengniu, Nestle. After the acquisition Zhongbai Logistics will extend its clients base and strengthen its market position. Moreover, it will broaden its human capital by injection of new staff; it is good not only for services selling, but also for internal logistics management.
Zhongbai Logistics Chain provides logistics services to many famous enterprises at home and abroad, being in charge of one hundred groups throughout the province, more than 600 supermarket chain stores daily distribution.
Zhongbai Holdings enjoys stable growth in the last periods. Its quarterly financial results reveal an upward trend; the last quarter indicates growth in revenues and net incomes by 31% and 34% respectively. Annual results also look good, with change by 17.5% up in both revenues and net incomes for the FY2010.
