Solar Arrays for Satellites are energy supply devices for satellites in orbit. Traditionally, rigid solar panels are predominantly used on satellites. However, with the rise of commercial spaceflight, lightweight, highly integrated, and long-life satellites require thinner, more flexible, and more efficient solar panels. From an industry value perspective, the power system accounts for 20%-30% of the total cost of a satellite, while Solar Array Wings alone account for 60%-80% of that value, equivalent to 12%-24% of the satellite cost.
