Telstra Consumer segment

Telstra Consumer is responsible for: the provision of a range of telecommunication products, services and communication solutions to consumers; and the mass market channels, including inbound and outbound call centres, Telstra Shops, and Telstra Dealers.

Telstra Business segment

Telstra Business is responsible for the provision of a range of telecommunication products and services, communication solutions, and information and communication technology services to small to medium enterprises.
