A subscription service from Tariff Consultancy Ltd (TCL) launched in May 2010 shows a steady growth in mobile customers during 2009, steady churn but falling ARPU levels. MNOs are boosting data services and their smart phone presence in order to attract new high value subscribers. .

This bi-annual subscription service tracks and analyses key metrics of subscriber figures, ARPU and Churn in addition to an analysis on the key new product and pricing initiatives launched by the 30 MNOs operating in eight European countries.
