Today, organizations are flooded with the big data, which is visualized both as an opportunity and a challenge. The analysis of such huge data offers competitive advantage to an organization. If the organization is capable of analyzing the data faster and apply the acumens intermittently to their customer relationship management (CRM), marketing optimization solutions, and campaigning management applications; it will realize the benefits of analytics over firms that are slow in analyzing customer behavior data.
