The upstream of the industry chain includes substrates (glass/low-expansion materials/stainless steel strip), consumables for photolithography/etching or laser direct writing processes (photoresist, developing/etching chemicals), precision coating and surface treatment, and high-precision testing and calibration equipment (roundness, grating error, thermal stability); the midstream is the manufacturing and calibration of circular gratings; the downstream enters angle encoder/rotary encoder manufacturers and motion control system integrators, ultimately selling to OEMs of machine tools, robots, semiconductor equipment, measuring machines, etc. Gross profit margin is approximately 20%–45%.
