Horizontal Diffusion Furnaces: Through its subsidiaries, Tempress Systems, Inc. (Tempress) and Bruce Technologies, Inc., the company produces and sells horizontal diffusion furnaces. The companys horizontal furnaces address various steps in the semiconductor manufacturing process, including diffusion, phosphorus tetrachloride doping (POCl3), low-pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD), and annealing.
