The company delivers small business an integrated suite of fee-based online and mobile advertising and Web services.

The company's services and products include wireless communications, local exchange services, long-distance services, data/broadband and Internet services, video services, telecommunications equipment, wholesale services, and directory advertising and publishing.

The company groups its operating subsidiaries as follows: wireless subsidiaries provide both wireless voice and data communications services across the U.S. and, through agreements, in various foreign countries; wireline subsidiaries provide primarily landline voice and data communication services, high-speed broadband, and voice services; advertising solutions subsidiaries publish Local Area Yellow Pages directories and sell directory advertising and Internet-based advertising and local search; and other subsidiaries provide results from all corporate and other operations.

WIRELESS

Through its mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) relationships, the company offers 3G services with nationwide coverage in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, utilizing code division multiple access (CDMA) or global system for mobile communications (GSM). In February 2010, the company announced the Telava Broadband Bullet 3G unlimited service that allows compatible devices to enjoy the speeds of its 3G services where available.
