Single-Level Cell SSD is a high-reliability solid-state storage device using native single-level cell flash memory, with each memory cell storing only 1 bit of data. It features low write latency, stable read and write performance, strong data retention and high program/erase endurance. Major product forms include 2.5-inch SSDs, mSATA, M.2, Slim SATA, Half-Slim, DOM and BGA packaged SSDs, with capacities typically concentrated in the 8 GB?256 GB range. These products can also support wide-temperature operation, power-loss protection, fixed bill of materials, data encryption, write protection and secure erase. Key upstream inputs include native SLC NAND flash, SSD controllers, DRAM cache, PCBs, connectors, power management chips, passive components, power-loss protection capacitors, metal or plastic housings, firmware and assembly/testing services.
